Development of the Market Position through growth

After entering the South African market, a few clients have been acquired and the business model has been accepted by the market. The core processes are running stable and profitable. The following phase of market development covers the development of the own competitive position through internal and external growth. In this connection we will use, in relation to the market conditions, the appropriate instruments for growth such as the development of product- and service offering, the opening of further branches or optimizing the added value. But also alliances, co-operations or participations as an external possibility of growth are to be considered.

The mastery of the whole range of growth strategies is crucial for a company in today’s environment of increasing international competition. A local subsidiary will only reach a competitive market position and full economic independence by reaching a certain size.

Handover to the management of the local subsidiary

The handover of the management responsibility to the persons in charge of the local subsidiary forms the end of the project. In order to perform the handover to the local management, some earlier defined evaluation criterions have to be fulfilled.

After ESA-Meridian Consulting, together with your company, has passed the phase of market development the local subsidiary can now operate by itself. ESA-Meridian Consulting is now issuing a final report, documenting all the relevant processes as well as findings and insights.
