Market Entry – the Operational Implementation
The step “market entry” implies the operational implementation of the project. Thereby the realisation of the activities is carried out step by step. The process of market development needs a systematic approach and consists of several steps such as the legal establishment of your local company, the application for licenses and authorisations, the selection of a proper site, the creation of the organisational platform and distribution channels, the implementation of core processes as well as the search for suppliers and co-operation partners. In this process communication plays a crucial role. With a thorough selection of communication tools an image is created and future clients are addressed.
Adjustment and Control
The business model is in place and the operational business shows whether all the processes work in accordance to the plan. In order to countervail discrepancies an establishment of a measuring process is important. It is the aim to reach a prompt profitability.
Ready for the Market Development
ESA-Meridian Consulting, together with your company, has established the framework for the market entry and has successfully implemented the business model. The processes are running stable and efficient. Now it is time for further market development.
