Project Structure and Employees

A project targeting the opening of new markets is very complex and goes far beyond the collection and analysis of market data. An intensive and thorough preparation is needed in order to put the project on solid ground from the very beginning. A crucial factor is the establishment of an adequate project structure and of course a thorough selection of the project assistants and employees. It is their quality which decides over the success of the project. While creating the project structure your company should, besides counting on your own employees, also draw from local resources. Local top performers who will occupy key positions in the future need to be involved in the project from the beginning. ESA-Meridian Consulting is supporting you in the creation of your project structure and in the selection process of qualified employees.

Positioning strategy and Business Model

In the following the joint project work will deal with the creation of positioning strategies. In order to develop long lasting market advantages we will intensify the use of market research tools, we will identify the core competence of your company and direct it towards the new market. On the basis of the positioning strategy we will define the business model and adjust it to the local conditions in order to generate a maximum success. The preparation of the business plan defines the end of phase 2.

Prepared for the Market Entry

Your company, together with ESA-Meridian, has now created a clear picture of the strategies and the business model for the South African Market, which are now consolidated within the business plan. Your company is now well prepared for the market entry (phase 3).
