Concluding regulations

Jurisdiction is, as far as lawfully permitted, Cape Town. South African law is applicable.

Should one of the regulations of these terms of use be or become fully or partly ineffective or infeasible, the effectiveness of the other regulations is not touched. In fact the contractual partners will collaborate to replace the ineffective or infeasible regulation by a lawfully permitted and effective or feasible regulation, that is suited to reach the, with the inefficient or infeasible regulation intended, success. The same applies accordingly for the filling of contractual gaps.
